How does the $10 savings offer work?
The $10 savings* on the next fill or refill of DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets is available to patients who have enrolled in the BP Success Zone Program. In order to receive these savings, patients need a prescription for DIOVAN, DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE or TEKTURNA and a BP Success Zone Program kit from their healthcare professional. Click here to request kits. The BP Success Zone Program kit contains a membership card. Patients can also join the Program online and a membership card will be mailed to them.
Patients who receive a BP Success Zone Program kit will need to activate the membership card by calling 1-866-630-0350 or by visiting www.BPSuccessZone.com. Patients can then take the membership card and the prescription to the pharmacy. The pharmacist will follow the instructions on the membership card, and the purchase will be discounted.

How does my patient use the $10 savings offer?
When your patient fills their prescription at a retail pharmacy, they should follow these steps to use the $10 savings* offer:

Get a prescription of DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets from their healthcare provider.

Join the Program online or by calling 1-866-630-0350 .

Take their prescription and their membership card to their pharmacy and give them both to the pharmacist. The $10 amount* will be automatically deducted from their cash or copayment amount. |
Patients should remember to keep their receipts with the prescription drug name and out-of-pocket costs (amount not covered by insurance that they have paid) for other offers.
