How do the BP Success Zone Program and membership card work?
The Program is designed to support and encourage people to achieve their blood pressure goals as discussed with their healthcare professionals. The BP Success Zone Program membership card is the key to taking advantage of the Program offers. All patients should enroll in the Program at www.BPSuccessZone.com or by calling 1-866-630-0350. Directions for enrolling are provided in the BP Success Zone Program kit. Patients will receive a membership card for up to a $10 savings on their next fill or refill of their Novartis prescription.*

Do I need to do anything special so that my patients get their offers?
No. Working with the BP Success Zone Program is easy for you and beneficial too!
Your patients get their prescription for a select Novartis blood pressure medication, BP Success Zone Program membership card, and blood pressure goal from their healthcare professional. Patients should enroll in the BP Success Zone Program online at www.BPSuccessZone.com or by calling 1-866-630-0350. Your patient takes their membership card, prescription and insurance card to the pharmacy.
