How do patients join the BP Success Zone Program?
Talk to your patients about the BP Success Zone Program. If you prescribe DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets, TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets or TEKTURNA HCT® (aliskiren and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets to treat high blood pressure, don't forget to also give them a BP Success Zone Program kit, containing a membership card. Patients can join the Program by calling the number on the back of the membership card or enrolling online at www.BPSuccessZone.com.

Who can join the BP Success Zone Program?
The educational components of the Program are free and open to all people who want to manage their high blood pressure. However, some tools and benefits are only available to people taking DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets, TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets or TEKTURNA HCT® (aliskiren and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, five high blood pressure medications developed by Novartis. Certain state and federal limitations apply.* This Program is only available in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
