How The Program Works:
Your patients get their prescription of a select Novartis blood pressure medication and a BP Success Zone Program membership card that entitles them to receive up to $10 off their initial prescription.
Before their card is used, your patients should enroll online at www.BPSuccessZone.com or call 1-866-630-0350.
Your patient takes their card to the pharmacy, along with their prescription and insurance card.
The card is processed in a similar manner to a secondary insurance. For information on how to process the BPSZ card, click here.
