BP Medication Savings Offer

When you join the BP Success Zone Program, you can save on any of the following medications: DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets, EXFORGE HCT® (amlodipine, valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets, or TEKTURNA HCT® (aliskiren and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets.

You can save* in one of two ways:

  • If your co-pay is over $25, you pay the first $25. We'll pay
    the rest—up to $25 on each of your next 12 prescriptions
  • If your co-pay is $25 or less, you can save up to $10 on your
    next prescription

To take advantage of these savings, join the BP Success Zone Program and an activated Savings & Membership Card will be mailed to you. (If you already have a Card, call 1-866-630-0350 (English) to have it activated.) Then bring your Card to your pharmacist with your prescription. You'll get savings right then and there.

Get an Omron® HEM-432CN Blood Pressure Monitor, free with rebate (up to a $40 value). Click here for details. Or, if you prefer to purchase a more expensive Omron® Blood Pressure Monitor model, get up to a $40 rebate toward that purchase.†

You can also choose any Omron® Blood Pressure Monitor or blood pressure monitor made by Kroger, Rite-Aid, or Wal-Mart's ReliOn® brand or McKesson's Sunmark brand, which is marked "Manufactured by Omron®" on the box. Novartis will reimburse you up to $40 toward the cost of any of the above.
