How can I make sure Program e-mails do not get blocked from my inbox?
Make sure you receive all the information you want from us by adding our e-mail address, info@Novartis.BPSuccessZone.com, to your Address Book or Safe Senders List. This will prevent messages we send you from being blocked.

How can I unsubscribe from e-mails and still keep my membership in the Program?
When you receive your next e-mail, just click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom and you'll be linked to a page where you can unsubscribe. If you would like to cancel your membership at any time, please contact us at 1-888-NOW-NOVA (1-888-669-6682).

What happens to my membership if I don't sign in to my account for several months?
We will store your membership information, so you can sign in at any time until the Program expires. The Program is set to expire on June 30, 2009.

Can I leave the Program at any time I want?
You are free to leave the Program at any time. However, you should not stop taking your medication without talking to your healthcare professional. If your healthcare professional prescribed DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets, and/or another medication to you to help manage your blood pressure, you should consult with him/her before you stop taking your prescribed medication.

How do I resign from the Program?

I'm a LOTREL user who enrolled in the Program before October 31, 2007. Can I still get the benefits of the BP Success Zone Program (Omron® Blood Pressure Monitor rebate or money-back guarantee)?
If you enrolled in the BP Success Zone Program before October 31, 2007, you still qualify for the Omron® Blood Pressure Monitor rebate* and money-back guarantee.** Complete the appropriate forms and send them back with the required information and you'll receive your refund or reimbursement. You can request these forms by calling 1-866-968-7270.
If you did not enroll before October 31, 2007, unfortunately you do not qualify for the benefits of the BP Success Zone Program.

How can I get reimbursed for my $10 LOTREL copay?
Unfortunately, LOTREL® (amlodipine besylate/benazepril HCI) capsules are no longer part of the BP Success Zone Program. If you enrolled before October 31, 2007 and have not used your membership card the maximum number of times, we can send you a reimbursement form for the LOTREL prescription you had filled.

LOTREL is indicated for the treatment of hypertension, it is not indicated for the initial treatment of hypertension.
African American patients receiving ACEIs have been reported to have a higher incidence of angioedema compared with non-African Americans.
Important Considerations
USE IN PREGNANCY: When used in pregnancy ACEIs can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus. When pregnancy is detected, LOTREL should be discontinued as soon as possible. See WARNINGS, Fetal/Neonatal Morbidity and Mortality.
LOTREL is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to benazepril, to any other ACEI, or to amlodipine.
Angioedema has been reported in patients receiving LOTREL.
In placebo-controlled clinical trials, the most common adverse events vs placebo were cough (3.3% vs 0.2%), headache (2.2% vs 5.6%), edema (2.1% vs 2.2%), and dizziness (1.3% vs 1.5%).
