How does the $10 savings offer work?
Up to $10 savings on your next fill or refill of DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets, TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets or TEKTURNA HCT® (aliskiren and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets is available to consumers who enroll in the BP Success Zone Program.* To receive the savings, enroll in the Program by activating your membership card, and take it and your prescription with you to the pharmacy. Your pharmacist will follow the instructions on the membership card, and your purchase will be discounted at the register.

How do I use my $10 savings offer?
When you fill your prescription at a retail pharmacy, please follow these steps to use your $10 savings offer:

Get your prescription of DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets, TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets or TEKTURNA HCT® (aliskiren and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets from your healthcare professional. |

Enroll in the Program online or activate the membership card by calling 1-866-630-0350. |

Take your prescription and your activated membership card to your pharmacy Give them both to the pharmacist. Up to $10 will automatically be deducted from your cash or copayment amount. |
Remember to keep your receipts with the select Novartis blood pressure prescription drug name and out-of-pocket costs (amount not covered by insurance which you have paid) for other Program offers.

If I fill some or all of my prescriptions at a mail-order pharmacy, how do I use my $10 offer?
You will be unable to receive your offer with a mail-order provider, but you can take your offer to your local pharmacy. Please follow these steps to use your $10 savings offer:
