Talk to your healthcare professional about the BP Success Zone Program. If you are currently taking DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets, join the Program online to receive a membership card in the mail that is good for up to $10 off of your next fill or refill.
If your healthcare provider prescribes DIOVAN, DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE or TEKTURNA to treat your high blood pressure, your healthcare professional will be able to give you a BP Success Zone Program kit containing a membership card. If your healthcare professional has not prescribed DIOVAN, DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE or TEKTURNA to treat your high blood pressure, ask your healthcare professional if one of these medications is right for you.

If you are currently taking DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets, you can join the Program online or by calling 1-866-631-0251. A membership card and kit will be sent to you.
When you fill your prescription at a retail pharmacy, please follow these steps to use your savings offer.
Get your prescription of DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets from your healthcare professional.
Take your prescription and your activated membership card to your pharmacy, giving them both to the pharmacist. Up to $10 will automatically be deducted from your cash or copayment amount.
Remember to keep your receipts with the prescription drug name and out-of-pocket costs (amount not covered by insurance which you have paid) for other Program offers.
The next time you go to the pharmacy to refill your prescription for DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide) tablets, EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets or TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets, take your membership card with you. Present the membership card to your pharmacist at your next refill and you will receive your savings.
If your copay is less than $10, please note that the membership card covers $10 toward the copay on your medication or your full copay amount, whichever is less. If you have a copay of less than $10, the savings would cover your copay completely. If your copay is less than $10, the difference between the $10 savings and your copay cannot be paid out in cash or applied to a future purchase.

You will be eligible for all the benefits of the Program including up to $10 off your next fill or refill of DIOVAN, DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE or TEKTURNA, ongoing support materials and all the online tools and features. You will also be eligible to receive all of the benefits of the BP Success Zone Program.
