Enroll in the BP Success Zone Program and we guarantee you'll lower your blood pressure numbers to the goal set by your healthcare professional (HCP), or we'll reimburse up to four months of your out-of-pocket prescription expenses for your Program–approved blood pressure medication.
How the Money-Back Guarantee works
Take the maximum dose of any of the following medications as prescribed for at least 30 days:
- DIOVAN HCT® (valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets (320/25 mg)
- EXFORGE® (amlodipine and valsartan) tablets (10/320 mg)
- EXFORGE HCT® (amlodipine, valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide) tablets (10/320/25 mg)
- TEKTURNA HCT® (aliskiren and hydrochlorothiazide) tablets (300/25 mg)
If, after taking the maximum dose of either DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE, EXFORGE HCT, or TEKTURNA HCT for at least 30 days, your blood pressure does not reach the goal set by your healthcare professional, you can receive a refund for up to four months of out-of-pocket prescription costs on DIOVAN® (valsartan) tablets, DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE, EXFORGE HCT, TEKTURNA® (aliskiren) tablets, or TEKTURNA HCT.
To be eligible for the guarantee, simply join the BP Success Zone Program. You must submit the original receipts for up to four months of treatment with DIOVAN, DIOVAN HCT, EXFORGE, EXFORGE HCT, TEKTURNA, or TEKTURNA HCT. You must also provide a Guarantee Affirmation Form, signed by your healthcare professional, stating that you were not able to reach the blood pressure goal set for you.
