This innovative, interactive tool really puts you in control, by letting you input the goals you set with your healthcare professional (HCP) for your blood pressure, weight, exercise routine, and medication regimen—and then track those goals by the day, week, and month. Use the graph function to get a dynamic view of your progress. You can even print reports and share them with your HCP at your next appointment.

There's also a basic blood pressure tracker you can use to record your blood pressure readings, print them, and share the results with your HCP.
