MyPath: the fun, easy way to follow your path
Walking is a great way to help manage your blood pressure. And with the free MyPath online walking tool from the BP Success Zone Program, you'll have a way to make it fun and easy.*†
Pick a route, any route
MyPath, brought to you by MapMyFitness®, lets you map a route in your neighborhood—or any neighborhood—and see how far it will take you before you even leave home.
To get started, first join the BP Success Zone Program. Then come back to the MyPath page to map a route. Here's how it works:
- Enter your address or ZIP code
- A map of your area (or any area you choose) will appear on screen
- Click on the path you'd like to take
- See exactly how far your walk will take you—and how far you can go
Go it alone, or invite a friend
If you find MyPath helpful, tell a friend about it. That way, you can take walks together. And maybe even inspire each other to go farther.
To get in on the fun, just join the BP Success Zone Program.
*Always talk to your healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
†It is best to get at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity (walking about 1.5 to 3 miles
per day at 3-4 miles per hour) on 5 or more days of the week.
